D.O.W.N

Damn!!
My Digicam's down!!
Rosak habis!! The screen's kaput!!
When I take pics, the gambar macam "The Ring".

Hari Raya is coming some more!!
I need a new Digicam immediately.
Anyone wanna chip in??? * winks *

I drop out of Miss Asean contest pageant.
The finals are going to be held on the eve of Hari Raya, that is on the 12th October.
I dont think i can commit to that.
My mum advised me to think it over. She didnt really said "no", but she just wants me to think i over whichever is more important.
I know my mum is very supportive, and I dont want to let her down.
Hari Raya is more important. Family is more important than anything else.

I feel sad to give it up like that, but well, there are more opportunities to come.

Things havent been going on well for me.
I'm feeling quite down these few days.
Its sad, but I guess its just life.
I have to go through it on my own.
I dont know how to keep it to myself, but I am trying.
i spoke to my Mum, who is also my best friend.
She advised me to stay patient.
I'm trying Ibu.

Miss them

Its the first day of fasting today.
How time flies.
You never realise the time till it comes, I realised that.

Irfan has grown up to be a big boy already.
He's turning 5 in a couple of months.
Words and sentences that he speak, changes everything.
He's one smart kid, and I'm thankful that we've guided him to the right path.

Another thing, I realised that there are people who viewed my blog and start to comment on the stuffs that I say or clothes that I wear.
Thanks for your honest opinion, I really appreciate that.
But I guess, that's me.
That's who I am.
I choose to be myself.
I don't want to lie to myself, my parents or even Him.

September 11, 2007

It was September 11 yesterday.

I was on a weeks' leave.

Plus it was Dear's birthday yesterday.

And of course, we went out to celebrate it.

I didnt know what to do or plan for his birthday.

On a really tight budget - 1st 2 weeks of the month. Heh.

And since I knew he loved to bring the "Fat-Boy-Slim" out to Sentosa, I decided, that was it.

Sentosa, it shall be then.

I decided to call on a good friend of mine, Zamri, who is working in Sentosa himself.
And shamelessly asked if he is willing to "show" me around that little island.

Not that I havent been there before, but because its more "convenient" having him around.

Heh.

Woohoo!!!

And thank God, he was not so busy that day and he could bring us out!!

Thank you my dear friend!!!!

You are the best friend in the world!!!

Beauty Queen

Its been a while since I last updated.

Been busy with the rehearsals of Miss Singapore World.

Yes, Miss Singapore World.

At this age of 26, people say I'm too old to be in a beauty pageant.

But what the heck, who cares what other people think of it?

Its my last year of being single, ( I mean, being called a Miss )

I'm gonna get married next year, ( planning to - being a Mrs ), and was just trying my luck.

I didnt put high hopes, cos I know I'm not that perfect.

With my short height and my so-not-straight-teeth. Heh.

And I was definitely surprised when I got into the Finals.

And the Top 8 on top of that.

Plus, I won the title " Miss Angelique Beauty "

No big deal, I didnt win, but I definitely had fun, and with all the many new friends I made.

( and younger girl-friends too )

The competition's over for almost 2 weeks now.

And I miss the rest of the girls already.

But I was not excited at all.

I just felt like I was doing a show, instead of being in a competition.

Didnt have much pictures taken that night, cos I totally forgot that I had my digicam with me.
